Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
• Manage and guide site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to comply with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Ensure quality control of workmanship and adherence to approved drawings, method statements, and authority requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager/Engineer in planning and executing work schedules and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports, including manpower, materials, and work updates.
• Monitor delivery of materials, equipment, and tools to avoid delays.
• Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and environmental standards according to company and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders for site coordination and issue resolution.
• Report directly to Project Manager/Engineer on site matters, challenges, and progress.
