Supervise and lead on-site construction teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications while ensuring strict safety compliance and effective stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities following project plans and specifications to ensure quality and timeliness
- Lead on-site construction teams to complete work efficiently within budget constraints
- Collaborate with project managers to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and monitor project progress for timely delivery
- Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety among all workers
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and implement prompt resolutions
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to address concerns and provide clear updates on project status
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid Driving License
- Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course
- Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
- Willingness to work shifts including Night and Day shifts
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
