Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors and supervise work according to specifications and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify and mitigate safety hazards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control of materials and equipment on-site.
• Guide and supervise the construction team and subcontractors throughout the project.
• Liaise with stakeholders and conduct inspections alongside relevant authorities.
• Educate site workers on safety regulations and emergency protocols.
• Analyze drawings to confirm adherence to design, safety, and budgetary requirements.
• Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or a relevant/equivalent field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in high-rise building projects.
• Certification in supervising construction work for safety (formerly BCSS), lifting, scaffolding, work at height, and confined spaces.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of local building and construction safety regulations.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
