Construction Site Supervisor

Requirements:

. Responsible for Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality

. Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors

. Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site

. Conduct daily toolbox meeting

. Have knowledge in electircal or carpentry works

. Able to rectify and supervise works done on site

. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

. Min 18 years of working experience in construction industry / project site work

. Possess Certificate in Building Construction Supervisor Safety

. Possess work at Height Supervisor Certificate

. Good interpersonal and communication skills

. Prior experience working as Foreman or Site Supervisor

. Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations

. Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment

. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

. Can work well in a team

. Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others

. Can multitask, must help to do general work if required

. Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure

. Ability to keep track of multiple projects
