• Oversee the entire moving process at the job site, including packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking.
• Ensure the team follows proper procedures for handling, moving, and protecting clients items, including fragile and high-value assets.
• Manage time and resources effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

2. Team Leadership

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly communicated.
• Motivate and guide the crew to perform efficiently and safely.
• Provide on-the-job training for new team members and promote teamwork among the crew.

3. Client Interaction

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the move, addressing any questions, concerns, or requests in a professional manner.
• Confirm that the client's requirements are met, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory moving experience.

4. Quality and Safety Control

• Perform pre-move and post-move inspections to ensure all items are handled with care and no damage occurs.
• Enforce health and safety guidelines on-site, ensuring the use of proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and fittings are properly protected during the move.

5. Reporting and Documentation

• Complete and submit required paperwork, including job completion reports, incident reports, and inventory checklists.
• Report any issues, damages, or incidents to the Operations Manager promptly.
• Track and record crew hours and productivity on-site.

6. Equipment and Vehicle Management

• Ensure all tools, equipment, and moving vehicles are used correctly and maintained in good working condition.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the availability of necessary supplies and vehicles for each move.
