Site Supervisor

Desciption and Responsibilities:

1. To lead site construction team in ensuring smooth executive of work.

2. Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any Main-contractor.

3. Liaising with authorities, clients, Main- contractor, and consultants to resolve any commercial and contractual matters

4. Checking and ensuring all plans and works are per speci cations.

5. Resolving any technical problems/difficulties that may arise on site.

6. To ensure proper handover of project to client.

7. Follows all safety regulations and precaution, ensuring safe practices are adopted and maintained on-site.

8. Responsible for the safe usage of the company equipment and adequate control on materials wastage.

9. May perform other related work as required by his supervisor from time to time.

10. Any Ad-hoc duties required.

Requirements:

1. Experience in infrastructural projects.
2. Experience in constructure related of works wil be an advantage.
3. Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Able to multitask and hardworking.
