Job Description

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with Hiring Managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and tracking candidate status.
  • Candidate Engagement: Attend to walk-in applicants at the Recruitment Office, assisting with inquiries and interview appointments.
  • Job Advertising: Publish open positions across various advertisement channels and job portals while monitoring and tracking performance data.
  • ATS Management: Manage incoming resumes and ensure all applicant information is accurately updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Department Liaison: Disseminate shortlisted profiles to relevant departments for review and diligently track the outcomes.
  • Interview Coordination: Facilitate the interview process between managers and candidates to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Content Creation: Review and refine job descriptions and requirements for external job board postings.
  • Offer Management: Prepare competitive salary proposals aligned with internal policies and extend formal offers to shortlisted candidates.
  • Event Support: Support and participate in various recruitment activities and career events.
  • Reporting: Generate and prepare recruitment reports as required.
  • General Support: Perform additional tasks within the Talent Acquisition scope as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Preferred Background: Experience as a recruitment consultant or within a large MNC is highly advantageous. Prior experience recruiting for F&B roles is a plus.
  • Education/Equivalency: Candidates without formal academic qualifications but possessing equivalent years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore Labour Laws and the Employment Act is an advantage.
  • Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive personnel information with high levels of discretion.
  • Soft Skills: A strong team player who thrives under tight deadlines and within a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Fluent in both written and conversational English.
