Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology-related positions
Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand technical hiring requirements
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and database search
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the recruitment system
Prepare and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs
Negotiate salary packages and employment terms with selected candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Keep updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and in-demand technology skills
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in IT / technical hiring
Strong understanding of IT roles such as software developers, system engineers, network engineers, cybersecurity, data analysts, cloud engineers, and similar positions
Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, and other job portals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong screening and interviewing skills
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment KPIs
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
