Site Supervisor

Project Management

- Assist the Project Manager on project site work

- construction, coordiate and maintain site works

- Responsible for preparation and submission of technical drawings, method of statements and safety related documents.

- Ensure execution of site works are done based on the approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans and requirements

- Ensure that project goes according to schedule and timeline

- Assist in contract administration and construction inspection eg. review of final plans, specifications, special conditions and agreements

- Assists Project Manager in monthly progress reports

- To resolve all technical and non-technical issues

- To ensure the tracking and monitoring of Variation Orders, additions and omissions. Technical Understanding - Understands construction drawings and scope of works

- Understands the implications of different technical choices so as to meet the project objectives.

- Involve in providing value engineering solutions basing on individual's knowledge.

- To have the knowledge in the preparation of engineering project proposals, construction shop-drawings and method of statements. Job Requirements:

- Minimum diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

- Preferable with Class 3 driving license - Proficientin AutoCAD and REVIT BIM software

- Experience in leading a team or subcontractors would be advantageous

- Strong communication skills (both english and mandarin)

- Highly committed and motivated individual

- Ableto work independently and diligently under stress and pressureProject Management
