SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Description

To perform Site Supervisor duties in an established metal scraping/recycling company.

Detailed Responsibilities

To provide service support to Operation Team and undertake the following primary duties with due diligent:

- To conduct site inspection as and when required

- Troubleshooting of defects and mistakes on site

- Assist in other operations task as and when required

- To conduct assessor role at confined space as and when required

-To coach and impart necessary knowledge to junior colleagues

- Maintain sites cleanliness and orderliness

- Ensure sites safety working condition

- Reporting to operations manager directly

Requirements

- Must be able to work at various Non-Aircon sites, it'll be inevitable to work under the hot sun

- Min 1 years relevant experience

- Able to deal with customers with different education backgrounds

- Needs to work on standby mode (company mobile SIM card will be provided) to attend emergency matters

- May needs to work on weekends & public holidays

- OT may be required on day shifts, weekends & public holidays, in the case immediate troubleshooting required
