Site Supervisor (Construction)

We are looking for Malaysian Site Supervisors currently based in Singapore who are keen to take up an opportunity in Gelang Patah.

(staff accommodation provided for outstation employees. Basic salary (RM3000 to RM7000 a month depending on experience)

Our client in Malaysia is a reputable main contractor known for delivering fast-track industrial facilities such as factories, warehouses, and process plants nationwide.
Backed by an integrated project team handling design coordination, cost control, and site execution, the company has a strong track record of completing complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

With a new data center project underway in Gelang Patah, the company is now actively building a full site team to support this exciting and high-profile development.

We are now helping the Client to fill up various new positions, this SITE SUPERVISOR is one of them.

Location: Gelang Patah, Johor

Job Purpose

Support the day-to-day execution of site works by supervising labour, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and work sequence on site. Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, method,quality requirements, safety standards, and project programme.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in building construction. Good to have some industrial projects experience.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings
• Experience with CSA and/or M&E coordination
• Good knowledge of construction sequence, site logistics, worker coordination, lifting, and access planning
• Able to supervise workers and subcontractors firmly and practically
• Strong awareness of site safety, workmanship, and housekeeping
• Willing to be based full-time on site and relocate from project to project nationwide
• Conversational Mandarin / other languages needed to communicate with suppliers and workers.
