Construction Site Supervisor

To assist the Project Manager in the daily operations and progress of work.

To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.

To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

Responsible to plan for next day, schedule for next day.

Responsible to take inventory of materials and submit reorder material details to management

Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings or plan.

To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.

Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.

Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Ready to work in any shifts and in rotational shifts.
