Job Description

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors
  • Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision
  • Supervise construction and civil works on site.
  • Interpret and implement construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings
  • Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues or deviations from plans
  • Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
  • Responsible for all aspects of site safety
