Quality Control: Monitor workmanship, inspect at critical phases, and ensure work meets plans, specs, and quality standards.
Scheduling & Budget: Develop project plans, manage schedules, track progress, control costs, and ensure timely completion.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily logs, attendance records, progress reports, and process paperwork.
Problem-Solving: Identify issues, troubleshoot site problems, and implement corrective actions.
Experience: Proven track record in construction supervision or a related role.
Education: Often a Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Engineering or related fields, sometimes a Bachelor's degree.
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, understand building codes, cost control, project scheduling.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication (written/verbal), team management, decision-making, organization, and stakeholder relationship building.
