Job Description & Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors
- Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision
- Supervise construction and civil works on site.
- Interpret and implement construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings
- Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues or deviations from plans
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Responsible for all aspects of site safety
