Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate construction site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and schedules, driving quality workmanship and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily construction site operations to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
- Manage and oversee workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize productivity and maintain project standards
- Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations by conducting toolbox meetings and promoting safe work practices
- Monitor and report work progress and site conditions to the Project Manager to support informed decision-making
- Inspect workmanship quality and implement corrective actions to resolve site issues promptly
- Coordinate timely material deliveries and verify proper usage to maintain workflow efficiency
- Maintain accurate daily site records and reports to document project status and compliance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Relevant experience in civil, A&A, or infrastructure projects
- Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and coordinating site activities
- Knowledgeable in WSH regulations and site safety practices
- Ability to work independently and manage pressure effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
