Job Summary
You will oversee daily site operations to ensure construction work follows plans, schedules, and safety standards while coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain quality and progress.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and direct workers to complete tasks according to project plans and timelines
- Coordinate communication and workflow with contractors, suppliers, and project team members to support smooth site operations
- Monitor site safety practices and housekeeping to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Track work progress and identify site issues, reporting updates clearly and promptly to the Project Manager
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities and compliance status for project records
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to read and write to understand construction plans and communicate effectively
- Experience in construction or site supervision to manage daily operations and ensure quality standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Good communication skills to facilitate coordination among diverse teams
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently to manage site tasks reliably
