Site Supervisor (Door Supplier)

Job Description:

• Good knowledge about timber, metal doors and hardware
• Carry out work schedules, cost control, project supervision/coordination and documentation to ensure the timely smooth progress of work
• Supervise workers to ensure that work is done safely and with productivity
• Communicate and cooperate with Project Manager and site team to report project status on a regular basis
• Attend Progress Meeting, Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Good knowledge of various regulations, policies, and statutory requirements, related to the building industry

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• BCSS / CSOC
• Working days is 5.5 . Occasional overtime may be necessary subject to the site activities.
• Self-motivated, responsible, enthusiastic and willing to work hard and under pressure.
• Own transportation is highly preferred.
