Purpose and Scope

The Site Supervisor - C&S is responsible for overseeing and coordinating civil and structural, works on-site. This role ensures that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for site supervision and coordination of civil, structural, architectural works.
• Site supervision of construction workers
• Ensure site safety and prepare safe work procedure with Safety personnel

Requirements

• Nitec/Diploma in Civil or Construction Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, NCC, BCSS etc..
• Familiar with local construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and resolving site-related issues.
• Strong technical knowledge in Civil & Structural disciplines.
• Good communicator with coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and lead site teams effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project documentation tools.
