Specialising in mechanical & electrical engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Purpose and Scope

The Site Supervisor - M&E is responsible for overseeing and coordinating mechanical and electrical, works on-site. This role ensures that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for site supervision and coordination of mechanical & electrical works.
• Site supervision of construction workers
• Ensure site safety and prepare safe work procedure with Safety personnel

Requirements

• Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, NCC, BCSS etc..
• Familiar with local construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and resolving site-related issues.
• Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical & Electrical disciplines.
• Candidates with Piping related work experiences in Oil & Gas would be an advantage.
• Good communicator with coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and lead site teams effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project documentation tools.
