Job Summary

You will oversee construction site operations by allocating tasks, monitoring work quality and progress, managing safety, and ensuring timely project completion while reporting to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Allocate daily work assignments to construction workers to optimize productivity and meet project goals
• Monitor construction progress and inspect quality of work to ensure compliance with standards
• Manage and implement daily site safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and workers to resolve construction-related issues efficiently
• Address all site-related issues and perform ad-hoc duties as requested to support project needs
• Report weekly project progress and challenges to the Project Manager to inform decision-making
• Ensure projects are completed within established timelines by tracking schedules and adjusting resources

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings to guide work execution
• Knowledge of construction operations and equipment to oversee site activities effectively
