Job Description

  • Possess a recognized diploma in Engineering/Building/Construction Management/Architecture/NCCS with at least two years of relevant experience in building projects.
  • Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team.
  • Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
  • Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that workplace.
  • Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
  • To liaise with Resident Technical Officer / Resident Engineer for site inspections.
  • To liaise with sub-contractors / suppliers and coordinate site works.
  • Supervise structure / architectural / M&E works to ensure quality.
  • Troubleshoot site problems to ensure smooth progress of works.
  • Arrange machinery / equipment and resources.
  • Ensure all works are carried out according to construction drawings and specification.
  • Ensure site safety & health measures are in place before and during construction.
