Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Handle project implementation and coordination at site
• Manage site operations and guide a team of construction workers
• Supervise and coordinate with the suppliers / sub-contractors to ensure timely deliverables
• Assist Project Engineer/Manager with project schedule, progress and safety practice monitoring and ensure compliance
• Carry out service, maintenance and repair work for equipment used at project site, including overhead crane, gantry crane and hoisting crane.
• Host daily tool box meeting and convey clear instructions
• Conduct inspections on work quality & safety and address the problems if any.
• Other ad-hoc works assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holders in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field
• Preferably 3 years relevant working experience in similar industry
• Able to work with all levels of workforce
• Self-motivated and team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
