Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Site Engineer to manage and oversee daily construction site activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and schedule
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders
- Monitor work progress and prepare site reports
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance
- Resolve technical and site issues in a timely manner
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, permits, and reports
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant site experience
- Familiar with construction practices and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work on-site and adapt to project needs
