Support the HR Manager in overseeing HR functions for kitchen equipment manufacturing and F&B operations
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for roles such as chefs, kitchen staff, technicians, drivers, and sales staff
Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding processes
Manage employee relations and assist in resolving workplace issues in a fast-paced F&B environment
Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and industry-specific regulations
Support performance management, including appraisals and performance improvement plans
Assist in implementing training programs for food safety, hygiene, and equipment handling
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
Support compensation and benefits administration
Help enforce company policies and procedures across all departments
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives
Support workforce planning and scheduling to meet operational needs
Work closely with operations teams to manage staffing requirements in kitchen and production areas
Assist in HR reporting and provide insights to senior management
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5+ years of HR experience, preferably in F&B, manufacturing, or hospitality
Strong understanding of labor laws and workplace safety regulations
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience with HR systems and payroll processes
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Certification (SHRM, CIPD, etc.) is an advantage
