Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities, including monitoring progress, quality, and safety standards
Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other site personnel to optimise productivity and efficiency
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring deadlines and cost targets are met
Identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise during the construction process
Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and the wider project team to provide updates and manage expectations
Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, health and safety legislation, and company policies
Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices, as well as relevant building regulations and legislation
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Construction Management or a related field
