Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all activities at the site
- Handle project operations & site matters of respective customers
- Manage company's assets: tools, equipment, etc
- Ensure projects run smoothly as per schedule and timely billing on job completed
- Oversee quality control and safety matters on sites
- Resolve any unexpected situation, technical, manpower and material issues
- Recommend improvement on existing project management procedures and processes.
- Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by top management
JobRequirements:
- Minimum 10 years working experience in related field and 5 years working experience in a Managerial Position
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skill with a variety of people at all levels
- Possess good construction experience & background
- Good knowledge of Project Management
- Strong project management skill. Ability to manage multiple projects, plan against timeline and meet deadline, and forecast, budget and monitor project costs.
