About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Site Manager to join our team on a major infrastructure project. You will be responsible for overseeing bored pile and deep soil mixing operations, managing site activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in large-scale civil works while contributing to a landmark project in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise bored pile and deep soil mixing works, including test piles.
- Prepare piling schedules and organise site resources.
- Monitor construction progress, piling records, and ensure compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams on site matters.
- Oversee daily site operations, housekeeping, and logistical requirements.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and quality management.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Geological (recognized by PEB & BCA).
- At least 5 years supervisory experience in civil works, with hands-on experience in bored piling / deep soil mixing.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of safety practices and quality standards.
- Able to work full-time on site (Changi).
Preferred
- Prior experience with Singapore construction projects.
- Familiarity with local construction codes and standards.
