Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
Liaise with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
Lead a team of supervisors for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
Preparation of progress report, Method Statements and technical submissions
