. Planning and scheduling of site works.

. Monitoring work progress.

. Directed all necessary day to day Site activities.

. Supervising the structural (RC & Steel Structure) and architectural work.

. Coordinate work with M&E contractors.

. Checking reinforcement of slab, beams & other structural elements prior to joint inspection with QPS.

. Perform site inspection, liaise & coordinate with RE/RTO.

. Quality analysis and control of works.
