Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedule
Monitor project progress and report on site activities
Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and project teams
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Prepare daily/weekly site reports and documentation
Ensure quality control and proper workmanship on site

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
At least three years of related working experience in A&A, R&R, General Building Work & Civil Works
Proficient in construction methods, materials, site safety practices, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and design analysis software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Singapore Class 3 driving license and ability to process own vehicles (preferred)
