Roles and responsibilities

. Assist SPM/PM in execution and managing day-to-day activities

. Monitor work progress in relevance to project schedule

. Coordinate & liaise with clients and site team to ensure the works are performed in accordance with specification & drawings

. Conduct and attend site inspections

. Assist in the requisition of materials, and ensure timely delivery and mobilisation

. Assist in developing construction sequences, resource planning and manpower requirement.

. Maintain project database and record keeping of all construction documents

. Prepare progress details, estimations and any other reports as required

. Review drawings and prepare quantity requirements, such as preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) etc.

. Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues.

. Any other ad-hoc duties

. Base at different sites

Skill set

. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of discipline

. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore construction industry (preferably in civil field/ RC works)

. Proficient in English, MS Office, AutoCad

. Good communication and interpersonal skill

. Self-motivated and able to complete task independently under tight deadline

. Good team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within set times and expectations
