Site Engineer (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description

1. To establish and maintain a conducive site environment with methodology which comply with the safety, environmental, welfare and security provision.

2. Manage and develop key client accounts, with strong emphasis on Japanese clients and partners.

3. Review the drawings and extract the necessary information for Site Supervisor and Subcontractor to execute the work.

4. Execute, monitor and control the site progress to see that the task is executed as planned with the appropriate tools and manpower.

5. Resolve site construction issues related to temporary or permanent work.

6. Maintain the record of the site events and activities for analysis.

Job Requirements

1. 3 years experience as a Site Engineer is an advantage

2. Degree / Diploma in Civil or Structure Engineering or Architecture.

3. Proficiency with MS Office, ACAD, Navisworks, MS Project.

4. Good time management skills and understanding of project management

5. Fluency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written), with the ability to conduct technical discussions with clients.

6. Minimum JLPT N1 certification.
