Brief Job Description:
Growing specialist contractor (ERSS) company is looking for a Project Engineer. He/ She oversees all the activities in a project site, including planning, task execution, safety, and personnel management. Their core focus is to ensure a project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Additionally, Project Engineer provides technical support to clients or main contractors and will be working closely with design consultants.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and dedicated to work with strong interest and initiative.
Core Responsibilities:
.Support business manager to secure new projects.
.Meet up and discuss with clients regarding project scope and time schedule.
.Preparation of all documents and information for submission.
.Co-ordinate with operation team, main contractors, and consultants.
.Attend site progress and safety meetings.
.Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
.Conduct project site supervision and inspection on a regular basis.
.To plan and execute project site work till completion and hand over.
.Responsible for determining the cause of site issues and initiate corrective action.
.Maintain proper filing and records for each project.
.Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by manger or director.
Job Requirements
.Candidate must possess at least Diploma in construction related field.
.Min 2 years of relevant experience.
.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
.Good knowledge in ERSS works & on-site supervision is an advantage.
.Highly motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
.Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
.Confidence in interacting with a variety of consultants, sub-consultants, and suppliers.
Remuneration Details:
.Monthly salary $3,000 - $4,000
.5.5 day work week
.38 days Leave per year (Annual Leave 14 days + Sick Leave 14 days + 10 days Casual Leave)
