Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Support end-to-end operational planning, including intake, review, and validation of Sales Order (SO) demand from Order Management teams.
Generate and maintain first-cut supply and demand plans using Oracle MRP/Planning tools.
Manage forecasted project plans and scheduling timelines.
Prepare and track planning outputs, including shortage reports, supply readiness summaries, and dashboards.
Monitor, maintain, and ensure accuracy of Oracle planning parameters (e.g., lead times, safety stock, BOM, routing).
Coordinate with Production Planners to validate and track manufacturing cycle times and ensure planning readiness.
Analyze supply-demand gaps and communicate material risks, constraints, and operational updates to stakeholders.
Support execution of daily and weekly planning cycles to ensure smooth operational flow.
Participate in build readiness reviews, execution meetings, escalation discussions, and S&OP Supply Review processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, responsiveness, and scalability.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in process and/or project management. Fresh graduates with relevant internships, academic projects, or demonstrated capabilities in planning or operations are also encouraged to apply.
Experience working in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and material planning fundamentals.
Ability to manage multiple programs with competing priorities.
Strong prioritization and time management skills in fast-changing environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
Clear and confident communicator who works effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
