Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a meticulous and driven Site Engineer (Civil) to join our project management team. You will be responsible for overseeing on-site technical operations, ensuring all civil and structural works are executed in compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and Singapore's building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site operations for civil works (e.g., piling, structural, drainage, or earthworks) to ensure they align with approved drawings and method statements.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with the Building Control Act, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, and Environmental Protection and Management Act (EPMA).

• Site Coordination: Coordinate between subcontractors, consultants, and architects to resolve technical discrepancies (RFIs) and ensure smooth project workflow.

• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections with the Resident Engineer (RE) or Qualified Person (QP) to maintain high workmanship standards and QA/QC documentation.

• Progress Tracking: Monitor project schedules, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and assist the Project Manager in resource planning to prevent delays.

• Safety Leadership: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols on-site to achieve zero-accident targets.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM/Revit familiar with Microsoft Project or P6 for scheduling.

• Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
