Job Description

Assist the Project Director / Project Manager.
Arrange selection and allocation of measures to achieve the project plan.
Monitor work plans, resource utilization, and productivity.
Prepare claim drawings on a weekly and monthly basis.
Prepare daily and weekly work progress reports.
Maintain high standards of work quality, safety, and productivity.
Monitor construction schedules and time cycles.
Identify potential delays or deviations and implement corrective action plans.
Supervise the transportation modelling division of the planning department.
Evaluate operations and activities related to assigned responsibilities.
Prepare reports on operations and activities and recommend improvements or modifications.
Attend evening and weekend meetings when required.
Apply effective methods and techniques for technical report preparation and presentation.
Use computer hardware and software programs such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Develop strong working relationships and resolve complaints using interpersonal skills.
Use analytical skills to interpret research data and apply mathematical techniques.
Read and understand technical and legal materials.
