Civil (Site) Engineer

East side Project

Site Supervision:

Assist the Engineers in managing day-to-day site operations.

Monitor the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications.

Ensure that all construction activities are conducted safely and efficiently.

Quality Control:

Ensure that materials used meet the required standards and specifications.

Conduct inspections of work in progress and finished work to ensure quality and adherence to design.

Assist in identifying and resolving any issues related to quality and safety.

Planning and Coordination:

Assist in preparing site schedules, drawing coordination, and timelines in coordination with engineers and project manager.

Coordinate between different teams, including subcontractors, supervisor, safety, workers and equipment, to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure proper allocation of resources like manpower, machinery, and materials.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain records of daily work progress, including any delays or issues encountered on site.

Assist in preparing reports for the Site Engineer or Project Manager regarding site progress.

Keep accurate documentation of tests, materials, equipment, and any changes made to the project design or plan.

Health and Safety:

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on-site.

Report any unsafe conditions or accidents to the Safety, Quality control, operations team and project manager.

Participate in safety training and implement safe work practices on site.

Stakeholder Communication:

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Attend meetings and communicate project updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
