We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team, focusing on the planning, design, and project management of our building and infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive analysis and design for projects and supervise the drafting of related drawings.
- Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations, and Codes of Practice.
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors, other design disciplines (geotechnical, MEP, Architectural, etc.), and authorities to ensure smooth integration of civil and structural works.
- Communicate with clients and approving agencies to gather design information, present design intent and options, and expedite approvals.
- Manage projects to meet time, cost, and quality objectives. This includes assisting the QP/Project Lead in managing project stakeholders, clients, the design team, and the site team.
- Responsible for the timely submission of drawings and reports to authorities and clients.
- Work independently on analyses, design, submissions, tender support, construction support, and coordination.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least a good Bachelors degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
- 1-2 years of design experience in structural and civil infrastructure works.
- Well-versed in engineering design to Codes, Regulations, and requirements.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written), strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
