Documentation and quantity surveying:
- Oversee the management of contract documents, drawings, and client instructions in line with document control procedures.
- Review drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Assist with requesting quotations, updating budgets, and distributing revised documents.
- Maintain and update document tracking logs.
- Participate in variation meetings with the Project Manager, interacting with Main Contractors, Consultants, and Owners.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports.
Claims Authentication:
- Perform site inspections to verify variations and document claims.
- Assist the Project Manager in assessing and certifying completed work.
- Review subcontractor claims and track the progress of claims submissions and payments.
- Monitor ongoing orders and report on outstanding amounts.
- Support the Project Manager in preparing quotations.
