- Serve as the first point of contact for all administrative functions involved in the assigned project (work-site of construction project)
- Assist in answering queries or requests for information regarding the project.
- Keep all important documents, invoices, and contracts well maintained.
- Implement filing systems that make it easy to find any document quickly and efficiently.
- Respond to emails, letters, and telephone calls.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to order supplies for projects and the office, including computer software or equipment and stationary.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 1-Year of working experience in construction industry, preferably with prior experience working at project site.
