Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable simulation workflows using advanced simulation platforms. Develop reusable application extensions and tools for digital twin applications. Import and configure industrial robot models for simulation purposes. Collaborate with teams to reduce the gap between simulated and real-world operations. Profile and optimize simulation performance for real-time interactions. Interface with various teams to gather technical requirements and prepare comprehensive reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or related discipline. 3 to 7 years of experience in software development for simulation or robotics. Proficient in Python knowledge of C++ is advantageous. Hands-on experience with simulation platforms such as NVIDIA Omniverse or Unity. Strong understanding of robotics fundamentals and physics-based simulation concepts. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Pixar's Universal Scene Description (USD) schema. Experience with industrial robots and automated manufacturing systems preferred.
