Our Client, a reputable market leader that has made its mark in the food industry, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Shipping Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process import & export transshipment documentation e.g. custom permit, insurance, shipment advice etc
- Co-ordinate container trucking and unstuffing work
- S/G application and controls, bank bills monitoring
- T/R, L/C application
- Goods receipt and inventory data entries, processing control
- Arrange SFA inspection
- Plan and ensure adequate stock level to meet sales demand
- Ensure no out-of-stock situation
- Ensure adherence to Quality Control procedures (Sampling procedure)
- Oversee the contract administration and all other admin functions relating to purchasing and shipping
- Maintain and update costing of products in the system
- Any other related or miscellaneous matters as and when decided by CEO /COO
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma
- Proficiency in Globe 3 system
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Air & Sea Freight
- Minimum must have Sea Freight experience if do not have Air Freight experience

Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: Up till $5,000basic + bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
