Job Summary
Coordinate and manage air freight operations to ensure efficient cargo handling, compliance, and timely delivery while collaborating with stakeholders to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee air freight operations, managing cargo receipt, handling, and delivery to ensure smooth logistics flow
- Ensure compliance with all applicable air cargo regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain operational integrity
- Collaborate with customers, airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate cargo movement
- Prepare and process essential documentation including air waybills, customs clearance papers, and invoices to support shipment clearance and billing
- Monitor and track shipments continuously, providing regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify, investigate, and resolve cargo-related issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies to minimize operational disruptions
- Work closely with internal teams including sales, customer service, and warehousing to coordinate activities and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cargo operations, including manifests, shipment details, and billing information to support audit and reporting needs
- Ensure timely and accurate billing processes to support financial operations
- Monitor industry trends and internal business factors impacting air freight functions and proactively communicate relevant insights to stakeholders
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager to support team and organizational goals
