Salary Package:
SGD 3,000 - SGD 6,000 (excluding commission based on experience and performance)

Freight Scope: Air and Ocean Freight
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with a strong hunter mindset to join our team. This role is focused on acquiring new business within the freight forwarding industry, particularly in air and ocean freight services.
The ideal candidate will possess an established client base and demonstrate the ability to independently generate a significant portion of their revenue, contributing meaningfully to overall business growth and profitability.
Identify, prospect, and secure new clients through proactive sales activities, including cold calling and client visits.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, with a focus on generating sustainable and profitable business.
Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Manage shipment inquiries and provide accurate, timely freight quotations.
Source competitive rates from overseas offices, agents, and approved local vendors.
Prepare and submit quotations, and participate in RFQs and tender submissions when required.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit CRM reports regularly.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and internal teams to drive commercial success.
Work independently while contributing effectively within a diverse, multicultural team environment.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding or shipping, focused on seafreight.
Established client network within the freight forwarding industry.
Strong understanding of freight operations, pricing, and sales processes.
