Job Description

Prepare shipping documentation and provide timely updates to customers
Coordinate with contractors for the collection and delivery of shipments to ensure alignment with shipping line and co-loader closing times
Ensure all COD (Cash on Delivery) payments are collected before releasing the bill of lading or delivering the shipment to the customer
Implement new services and organize groupage operations as instructed, continually enhancing operational efficiency and service quality

The Talent:

Min. 2 years of professional experience in freight forwarding
Proficiency in import/ export documentation and familiarity with Tradenet will be advantageous.
