Shipping Coordinator / Sembawang / Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, mainly local deliveries.
• Plan and arrange daily shipments and collections.
• Coordinate with local transporters and ensure on-time delivery.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and process orders in the ERP system.
• Prepare delivery documents and keep records updated.
• Update the Sales Team on order and delivery status.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience. Preferably with semiconductor industry will be considerd.
• Proven supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation skills and time management skills.
• Microsoft office (excel,word and powerpoint).
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
