Shipping Capacity Manager

Our client is one of the leading shipping company . Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Shipping Capacity Manager be part of their Shipping Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area, easily assessible.

Duties of Shipping Capacity Manager:

• Lead and mentor the capacity management team, improving operational performance and communication.
• Oversee cargo flow, including booking, loading, transshipment, and final delivery processes.
• Maximize vessel space utilization and adjust allocations based on real-time demand and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Documentation, Operations) to meet service and customer requirements.
• Monitor cargo status, track key milestones, and report on capacity usage and operational risks.
• Drive efficiency improvements through bottleneck analysis and continuous process enhancements.
• Prepare regular capacity reports and provide management insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Degree in related field.
• 6 years of relevant shipping experience
