Job Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Support day‑to‑day logistics and shipping operations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare parts for shipment in accordance with packing standards, customer requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare, verify, and ensure accuracy of shipping documents, including delivery orders, packing lists, and other required forms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure goods are ready for shipment in a timely manner.
- Liaise with external service providers (e.g., couriers, freight forwarders) to arrange deliveries, pickups, and related logistics activities.
- Plan and coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure efficient and timely distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and documentation for tracking, reporting, and audit purposes.
- Ensure all shipping operations comply with company SOPs and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency, accuracy, and workflow effectiveness.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- GCE N or O Level
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word & Excel)
