Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates.
Oversee employment and work pass matters, including applications, cancellations, renewals, and updates.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records draft, update, and enhance the company handbook, HR policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and implement best practices.
Prepare and manage employment contracts, confirmation letters, disciplinary notices, and termination letters.
Administer employee benefits, leave, and medical claims in accordance with HR policies.
Monitor and update employees leave records regularly.
Plan and organize company events and activities.
Oversee office renewals (e.g., mobile plans, printers), coordinate maintenance and handle vendor relationships.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
